Really convenient for us as a location. Just off the A38. Service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and really friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We have been here at least 3 times and will come again when visiting family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – highly recommended I had a really lovely stay at the Ibis Plymouth and was impressed throughout. The reception staff, Tracy and Sam, were outstanding — extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. Their professionalism and warmth made the stay especially pleasant. The chef also deserves a special mention. The food was much better than your average hotel food, well prepared, and enjoyable. The room was excellent: modern, clean, stylish, and comfortably warm. The bed was very comfortable with clean, modern bedding, and the room was well designed with good lighting, a proper desk, a kettle with tea and coffee, and a nice wardrobe with shelving. The shower had great water pressure, and the blackout curtains and ambient window treatments were a welcome touch. I also appreciated the security lock on the window, which allows fresh air while feeling safe. The inclusion of a recycling bin was another thoughtful detail. Housekeeping were efficient, accommodating, and clearly take pride in maintaining high standards. Overall, this is a excellently well-run hotel offering outstanding comfort, warmth, and excellent service. I would definitely stay again and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you everyone!

2 RMS bkd as a twin & a dbl. The rooms are upgrades from an old motel, with improvements across the site. Excellent welcome. Comfortable and bright bar/breakfast area; seperate lounge; good food.. availability & well presented. Marking system for rooms was rather illogical. Enough parking on our visit. Room was plenty warm and adjustable (extra door keeps those old drafts out!). Hot shower with towels and soap etc. Carpets a bit industrial, but they may allow dogs (found 1 long, thick, multicoloured hair on sheet) so easier to clean (?). Two downsides were the amount of steps for my elderly mother- though they may have an assessible room at the front- and "pot" smokers (guests?) on upper balcony, which was disgustingly obnoxious and obvious on our exiting the rooms below. We had a very long journey down for a funeral, this place made good sense to stay before our rtn home the next day. Others possibly felt the same, as a larger crowd of middle agers all wearing smart black attire had arrived later the same day.

We have family in Plymouth and this is now our hotel of choice as the staff are great, friendly and efficient and its good value. We love the location and the fact there is free parking. The breakfast buffet is good too. The lady on front desk on 26 Dec and checking us in for breakfast on 27 Dec was very friendly. All the staff we encountered were great. I travel a lot and notice when staff are good all round!

Booked one night as we were visiting an exhibition in Plymouth. Very pleased all round, easy, safe parking, spotlessly clean, staff all pleasant and helpful. The food menu was basic but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast buffet was good quality, but no tomatoes nor mushrooms. The heater in our room was very quick to heat. Lots of hot water. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

A real proper value for money location just on the outskirts of Plymouth. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable beds with extra pillows. Staff were professional and helpful and even looked after me after I woke up late for breakfast. All for £70 a night. Definitely would recommend. Thank you
